En todo el país, sin importar el estado en el que te encuentres, tienes derecho a acceder a servicios médicos que te brinden atención y apoyo.

  • Si la violación ocurrió hace pocas horas, tienes derecho a acudir a cualquier hospital para que te puedan brindar atención médica, la pastilla de anticoncepción de emergencia y tratamiento para prevenir infecciones de transmisión sexual, además de apoyo emocional.
  • Si la violación ocurrió hace más tiempo, y como resultado de ella te encuentras embarazada, puedes solicitar el aborto en los servicios médicos sin necesidad de denunciar. Sólo necesitas acudir al Hospital General más cercano y presentar una carta para solicitar el procedimiento.
